Daniel practices as a partner with Davidson & Lindemann, P.A. His practice includes civil rights litigation, insurance defense, and governmental liability defense.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Science degree, with Honors, from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina in 2002. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2005. Daniel is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar.
