Jim, a native of Columbia, South Carolina, became a partner of Davidson & Lindemann, P.A. in January of 2001. His practice areas include civil rights litigation, governmental liability defense, law enforcement defense, and personal injury defense.
Before attending law school, Jim earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina in 1985. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1994. While in law school, Jim was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe, was listed in Who's Who Among American Law Students, and served as an Associate Justice of the Moot Court Bar and as a student prosecutor for the Honor Council. He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar.
