Ken, a native of Camden, New Jersey, serves as of counsel for Davidson & Lindemann, P.A., focusing on administrative law, appellate advocacy, civil rights litigation, constitutional law, and environmental law.
Ken graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1969 where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Duke University in 1972. Prior to his work with Davidson & Lindemann, Ken worked in the South Carolina Attorney General's Office from 1974 until 2002. He is a co-author of South Carolina Appellate Practice (1985) and has been included in Who's Who in American Law. Ken is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar.
