Michael, a native of Newport News, Virginia, became a partner of Davidson & Lindemann, P.A. in January of 2011. His practice areas include civil rights litigation, constitutional law, governmental defense, insurance defense, land use litigation, and personal injury defense.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College in 1998. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2001. While in law school, Michael served as Managing Editor of the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal and as a Legislative Council Member of the Student Bar Association. Michael was also a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar.
